Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Returns, Refunds & Order Policies
Satisfaction Guarantee
At Let's Sip Juices, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are made fresh and are perishable food items, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged items and packaging to letssipjuices@gmail.com.
Photos must clearly show the damaged product(s) to be eligible for review. Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at the discretion of Let's Sip Juices.
Shipping Orders
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to USPS, UPS, or another shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Let's Sip Juices is not responsible for products that become damaged, spoiled, or compromised due to being left unrefrigerated, left outdoors for extended periods, or otherwise improperly stored after delivery.
Local Orders
Because our juices are made fresh to order, local orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Orders canceled within the required notice period will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date are not eligible for a refund.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
